Even though we are almost ready to close, we wanted to let everyone know that, due to a major Metronet outage, we have been without phones, fax, and internet all day.

Please join us in officially welcoming Anne Deaton, PT, as a new partner and co-owner in the clinic! Anne comes to us as an experienced physical therapist, breast cancer survivor & Oncology/Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist, and dry needling specialist. She also has a passion for helping athletes of all ages and abilities achieve their goals with less pain. We are thrilled to add her experience and unique skillset to the clinic. Anne has been an active member of the Ankeny community since 2007 with her husband, Steve. They are avid Iowa State fans, and have two grown sons Zach and Josh and two Brittany Spaniels (pictured).

LOTS of changes coming our way in 2025!

First, we want to wish our PT Tech, Zach Kodatt, the best of luck and to thank him for all of his help these past few years! Zach has moved back to Illinois & will be pursuing PT school this spring!

Next, we will be missing our therapist, Trevor Sabo, in a couple of weeks! Trevor’s last day with us will be January 31st, and we are going to miss him terribly! We sincerely wish him so much happiness & success on his new path! We have truly enjoyed having him as a part of our clinic! Please stop by to say goodbye or drop him a message on here to wish him well!

We have also acquired three new employees, as well! The first one is actually not new to our clinic, but has taken on the role of PT Tech to help us ensure that, with all of the changes happening in our clinic, that our patients are taken care of and to keep our clinic neat & clean! We are grateful for all you do for our clinic & our patients, Carson, and appreciate your help stepping into a new role!

We have also welcomed a new Physical Therapist, who has also joined Luke & Kate as a co-owner! Please help us in welcoming Anne Deaton to our clinic! Her first day was today and we are so blessed to have her and her expertise here with us! Anne’s hours will be Monday 7-4, Tuesday 6-12, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-4 and Friday 6-10. Anne comes to us as an experienced physical therapist, breast cancer survivor & Oncology/Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist, with deep roots serving the Ankeny community. Anne has a passion and compassion for what she does and who she treats! Please join us in welcoming Anne to our team!

We have also been very fortunate to welcome a new part-time Front Office associate to help with our early hours with Anne, and who is wiling to help out when needed to ensure that we always have a friendly face at our front desk to take care of our patients, as well as to support our therapists! Kim Sidwell-Frame’s first day at the helm was today, and she is already doing a phenomenal job! She’s also a familiar face with Ankeny, and has already seen lots of connections to her years as a music teacher here in Ankeny!

We are so excited for what 2025 will be bringing our way, and, as always, we thank you all for your continued support!

Please be sure and bring your insurance card to your first visit of the new year, so we can have the most current and accurate information. Even if nothing on your card changed, and they just sent you a new card, please bring us in the new card so we can copy it and scan it into our system!
