We all talk to ourselves, right? With every thought, either out loud in front of the mirror or inner dialogue we carry on during the day, we feed ourselves. 🫣 Are you a cheerleader or a critic? Why not question what is about to come out of your mouth? 🤭Did you know your self talk can impact how you naturally respond to stressors? It’s so important to learn to communicate positively with not only others, but yourself! You’ll become more confident and motivated.💥Your entire outlook will change for the better!! It’s a fact that most of us wouldn’t dare treat a friend poorly. We don’t speak unkindly to them or make them feel bad. But it is something we do to ourselves constantly. If your name is Annie, please don’t take offence, it’s just easier on me when I want to tell her to 💪🏼 “F-OFF ANNIE, NOT TODAY!”. 💕Here’s the thing, faith not tested can’t be trusted!! Hold on to your faith. Some days blow, some are just a little sucky, some are total bliss. As long as we have our faith and we BELIEVE in our journey WE WILL SUCCEED! 👂🏼Listen, mental resolve is an “inside job”. Happy Spring Equinox friends! I hope you are enjoying this first day of spring . Sorry it got a bit windy out, it's still pretty chilly here but I couldn't resist being outside in the sunshine. Please enjoy this guided meditation and springtime chat. Take a moment and write down what you felt or experienced during the meditation. I encourage you to write a list with your personal care instructions for your flowers best growth opportunity. What does it need to thrive? Does it require lots of light? How much water does it need? When you are done, put your list somewhere that you'll see it throughout this season of abundance and look at then often. We all need self care and nourishment! For further reflection and journaling: NOTICE: what areas of your life need extra care? Which parts need more water or light and nourishment? NOURISH: how can you bring more attention and intention to those noticed areas?ALLOW: how can you take the pressure off of yourself and let nature take it's course? Enjoy friends and I look forward to your comments.
