Our students every year have an assignment to create and present products. Here, Lisa, is describing to us the tissue warming roll- on , the get al tea blends, bathing herbs, Osha electuary for colds, and a cook and cooking effective nasal spray to alleviate allergy effects and clear sinuses. They were awesome!! And we all received a bag of all of them , to try, plus she made and served us teas! Theme- Self Care- like a spa morning. ✨✨

Couldn't get it all in one picture. Been alpha- ing the collection for ease of creation. There are tinctures, raw dried herbs, supplies such as glycerine, clays, charcoal, baking soda, vinegars, jars and bottles, pipettes, gauzes, thermometers, oils, essential oils, menstruum choices, ....and a library of herbal books , those of which I still haven't fully put away - all in good time. This is what I LOVE about this season of slowing, resting, consider, focusing - so nice for the soul.

Saturday herb classes in my training series program can take days of thoughtful presentation and planning. The herbal medicine field and body of work is vast, and there's always a lot to cover 🌿. I'm looking forward to some awesome electuaries, honey medicine, and incorporating essential oils! Registration is open now for this series, which once again begins in January.

Though I generally use the larger bottle, the smaller ones are for small localized areas such as lymph node regions.

The white one is a super nice German made item- which I used this morning on a left side spleen area session for myself.

There is a much larger bottle I have my eye on- for coverage of full upper back, full colon- simply larger areas. I use these packs frequently in my bodywork practice - and Naturopath practice. The sessions are comforting, and bring about results that frankly, nobody else is getting. And my clients can then, having learned - to do them at home!
