Exercise is often underrated when it comes to mental health. Countless studies show not only the physical benefits of exercise but also the mental benefits including reduced stress, better coping, higher energy levels and increased self confidence, just to name a few!

Especially in times like these, changing it up, elevating that heart rate and boosting those endorphins will go a long way.
