Coffee reheated 3 times, laundry still in the washer, someone yelling “mom” from another room…

…and somehow you’re supposed to “get back into shape” too?

This is the stuff women talk to me about every single day.
Not macros.
Not six packs.
Not “summer body” goals.

They’re trying to figure out how to:

-stop feeling exhausted all the time

-feel stronger picking up kids/car seats/laundry baskets

-get through the day without their back hurting

-wear clothes without constantly adjusting them

After having a baby, a lot of women are left thinking:
“Okay… now what?”

You want to feel stronger again, but googling workouts and hoping for the best can feel overwhelming ... especially when your body still feels different.

That’s why I love what I do.

Helping women bridge the gap between “cleared for exercise” and actually feeling confident getting back into it.

Most women I work with are frustrated because their body doesn’t feel the way it used to and they can’t figure out why.

They tell me things like:

“I feel awkward getting up off the floor.”

“My back hurts by the end of the day.”

“I feel weak carrying the car seat.”

“I still look pregnant by nighttime.”

“I can’t tell what’s normal anymore.”

“Something just feels off.”

So they start compensating without even realizing it.

They brace through everything.
Avoid certain movements.
Shift their weight a certain way.
Stop trusting their body.

And eventually assume this is just part of motherhood now.

It’s not.

One of the biggest things I focus on at Evolution Mom is helping women rebuild core confidence in a way that actually makes sense for real life.

Not lying on the floor doing endless tiny exercises forever.

Not jumping straight back into intense workouts either.

There’s a middle ground and most women have never actually been taught it.

That’s why my approach blends strength training, breathing strategies, movement assessment, and real-world movement together.

Because yes... feeling stronger matters.

But feeling confident carrying your child, getting up from the floor, going for walks, returning to exercise, or simply getting through the day without constantly thinking about your body?

That changes everything.

Friday friendly reminder for the Central NJ moms trying to get back into workouts postpartum...
