So many postpartum moms I talk to want to get stronger and feel like themselves again — but they don’t know what’s safe, what to do first, or if they’re even doing it right.

And let’s be honest - who wants to feel sore or worried about hurting themselves every single day?

So many moms experience low back pain during daily tasks like picking up toddlers or laundry. 

Often, it’s because we’re bending through our low back instead of hinging through our hips.

When you learn to hinge correctly, you not only protect your spine and reduce pain — you also allow your glutes to fire the way they’re supposed to.
