Ever feel like your core just doesn’t show up anymore?

Most moms don’t realize that the way we breathe can completely change how our core and pelvic floor work.

That’s where 360° breathing comes in — it’s one of those simple things that makes a huge difference.

You don’t need any equipment or a fancy setup. Just a few intentional breaths that actually help your core turn back on.

Once you get the hang of it, you’ll start feeling more supported — less back tension, better posture, and more control when you move or lift.

If you’ve been trying to “engage your core” —and it’s still not feeling stronger
 this might be why...

Holding your breath, sucking in your belly, or feeling your abs push out into your hands — is not truly activating properly...

Doesnt matter if youre newly postpartum or its been years since you had kids, your core may just need a reset in how it’s firing.

This is exactly what I help my clients with — retraining the deep core to engage the right way so it actually supports you in daily life.

👉 Try this: place your hands on your lower abs.
As you exhale, your abs should gently pull away from your hands — not pop up or out.

⚠And remember — this isn’t about “sucking in.” That’s a totally different pattern that prevents good core activation.

When your deep core fires the right way, everyday movements — lifting, carrying, bending — feel easier, lighter, and more stable.
