🏃‍♂️ Sports Physicals Starting June 1st! 🏃‍♀️

Bayside Pediatrics is now scheduling sports physicals beginning June 1st!

We encourage families to book early—completing these visits before school or practices begin helps ensure your child is cleared on time and allows for any necessary testing, referrals, or treatment if needed.

📋 Important Reminder:
Please make sure to complete and sign all parent/patient sections of your forms PRIOR to your appointment to help reduce wait times.
Providers WILL NOT sign incomplete forms.

Thank you for your continued trust in caring for your child!
