Dr. Dugan is a Board Certified Gynecologist and a Cosmetic Surgeon helping women and men in the Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia areas achieve their unique goals with both surgical and non-surgical options for the face, body, and vaginal areas. She has opened the Masterpiece Centre of Aesthetics & Gynecology to provide her patients with a caring and highly personalized approach to becoming their best, most confident selves.
Dr. Dugan’s specialized skills include aesthetic vaginal surgery, vaginal rejuvenation, surgical and non-surgical fat reduction, skin tightening, abdominoplasty, facial rejuvenation with radio frequency and laser, as well as injectable treatments. After meeting individually with a patient to discuss concerns, expectations and desired outcomes, she is able to recommend the best options, based on the patient’s specific case.
She prides herself in creating the most natural aesthetic and medical results by assessing each patient and developing a plan uniquely designed for them. Dr. Dugan strives for excellence with each patient by integrating her meticulous, artistic eye with the latest, most revolutionary technologies available. She is known for her gentle touch, her caring approach, and for being a keen listener.
