What happens when women stop trying to “fix” themselves… and start understanding what’s really been keeping them stuck?

This past Saturday, we gathered for She Aligns: The Woman Behind the Business — an intimate visibility workshop co-facilitated by Christina Vidovich, Barb Scala, and me.

Together, we explored:
✨ The unconscious patterns that quietly impact visibility
✨ The stories women carry about being seen and heard
✨ How confidence grows when alignment comes first
✨ What becomes possible when women reconnect with their voice and value

This wasn’t passive learning.

It was honest conversation, reflection, breakthrough moments, and real visibility work.

One of the most powerful parts of the day?

Watching each woman step onto the red carpet and claim her space with the words:
“I am visible.”

You started your business because you knew you had something to give.

So why does it feel like everyone else has the answers and you're still looking?

Here's what I see again and again: brilliant women spending their time, energy, and money searching outside themselves for the "expert" answer. Another book. Another podcast. Another course sitting unopened.

And I'll be the first to say that there's real value out there. That's not the problem.

The problem is the quiet belief underneath it all: that someone else knows better than you do.

As you've stretched into unfamiliar territory, old stories have crept back in. Doubt has crowded out conviction. So you've gone looking to borrow certainty from others and quietly lost sight of your own.

Here's the truth I come back to again and again:

The answers are already within you.

You haven't lost your expertise. You've lost access to it; buried under noise that says you're not enough, not ready, not worthy.

Clearing that noise isn't a nice-to-have. It's the work. And when you root yourself back in your own Inner Authority? Clarity stops feeling hard. Action stops feeling forced. Progress stops feeling like a fight.

This is exactly the work I do with the women I coach.

I was doing all the things.
Trying to satisfy that need in me for something...
Something I couldn’t even name at the time.

I wasn’t falling apart.
I wasn’t in crisis.

But deep down, I knew

“I almost gave up on the conversation—and the relationship.”

I remember sitting across the room from a family member; someone I loved dearly… and realizing we weren’t speaking the same language.

I wasn’t angry, but I felt

Disappointed
Frustrated
Heavy
​
I was heartbroken.
Because I was saying something I deeply meant—and it didn’t land.

I felt like this Loved One, who had known me for so long, didn’t really

Know me
See me
Hear me
And it’s not like I wasn’t trying.

This wasn’t the first time.

I knew we were different, but in some ways it felt like the Wall of China was between us in understanding.

Ugh!

And honestly, I flipped between “What’s wrong with me?” and “What’s wrong with them?” lol! —> Have you been there, too?

Let me say this straight out - THERE IS NOTHING INHERENTLY WRONG WITH EITHER OF YOU.

Like me, at the time, you just haven’t learned the keys to being heard and understood.

You see, I later found out it wasn’t the words I was using—it was the way we each process the world.

That realization changed everything.
