Hello everyone, I have been looking at several sites to get a better sense of what is needed. I am hearing that areas need different things at different times. That it rotates through. These are the common items I am seeing. I will be in Wilkesboro, NC on October 8-9, but I am trying to get approval for a drop off site. I live in Alleghany, and I am willing to travel to the Parkway communities to pick up or deliver. You can also mail items to me (see address in photo below). If you feel more comfortable mailing items to a business location, The Alleghany County Chamber of Commerce has agreed to accept packages there. Their address is 58 South Main Street, Sparta, NC 28675.
Money donations are needed greatly. Many communities have posted local charities and relief funds on their pages and websites. Here are some other ways to donate:
