Life. Simple Joy.
The simplest and healthiest things in life are free.
This kind of joy cannot be edited.
You find it in nature.
In connecting, bonding, and building memories with family. š¾
The kind you feel⦠not force.
Grass pressed into your skin.
Sun kissing your body.
Laughter you donāt hold back⦠it just comes.
Nothing staged.
Nothing managed.
And thatās the part we forgetā
Money šµ can buy a lot.
But joy is priceless.
You donāt buy it.
You feel it.
You allow it.
Itās where the life magic livesā¦
where simple joy is felt.

Chasing a Ghost
Land Squarely in Your Own Boots
We spend our youth trying to get older.
Then we get older⦠and start chasing younger.
A loop.
A trap.
Because while youāre reaching backwardā¦
youāre abandoning the woman standing here.
Right now.
Iām not chasing a ghost.
Iām not living in the rearview mirror.
I am a thriver.
I choose embodiment.
I choose full color.
There is a difference between staying alive
and staying vibrant.
One is survival.
The other is expression.
And something shiftsā
when you stop trying to go back.
You stop negotiating with who you used to be
or who you think you need to becomeā¦
and start honoring who you are right now, in this moment.
This is not a decline.
This is ownership.
Iād rather be the woman
who burns the Brussels sprouts,
lives out loud in her truth,
and chooses visibility.
This is not about losing anything.
This is about gaining.
The shoes of the past donāt fit this version of me.
There is no room in a ghostās shoes
for a woman who is fully expressed.
So I landed.
Right here.
In my own boots.
Tell meāare you still wishing your life away⦠or finally ready to stand in it?

A STYLIST CAN DRESS YOU.
ONLY A LIBERATOR CAN STYLE THE BODY YOU OWN.
This is not about the dress.
This is about decision.
I didnāt wait for the right body.
I didnāt wait for permission.
āWhy do you pack your vegetables in plastic bags?ā
āWhy do you have a nose ring and purple hair?ā
ā¦I didnāt think so.
Post-menopauseā
and suddenly everybodyās an expert.
What you eat.
What you wearāand what you āshouldnātā wear.
How you move.
How you live.
Like your body became public property.
Letās get realā
Postmenopausal anxiety is real.
So are nosy people.
Stay out of mine.
Iām choosing what works for me.
Full color.
No apologies. š

A 59-Year Labor and Delivery
We Witnessed the Birth of a Giant .
There are gifts, and then there are gifts that break the world open. For 59 years, she waited. For 59 years, the poems and the stories stayed locked in her marrow while she poured herself out for everyone else.
This is what liberation looks like.
You can feel it in your bones when you watch her. Itās the 59-year exhale. That isnāt just a cry; itās the sound of the door coming off the hinge to freedom. I was privileged to witness the raw beauty of this woman finally surrendering to her own greatness. This kind of bravery is admirableāto see a woman firsthand decide to stop putting her needs on the back burner and realize she is worth the work. She is finally choosing to hear her own heart without sacrificing her dreams for another decade.
Her daughter and I knew she would cry. We stood in that room like doctors in a delivery ward, holding the space and breathing with her until the fear finally gave way. After nearly sixty years of carrying that weight, she pushed. She finally gave birth.
The labor is over. The Giant is finally here.
Now, it is time for her to fall deeply in love with the voice she has carried in the dark for a lifetime. The poems are breathing. The story is awake.
She is living out loud.

THE BODYāS BLACK BOX āļøš„
My body has been speaking⦠this whole time.
Your hips are not tight for no reason.
Every swallowed no.
Every time you pushed through exhaustion.
Every moment you held it togetherā¦
your body kept the record.
And now?
Menopause took the filters off.
Estrogen isnāt softening it.
Progesterone isnāt calming it.
Cortisol has been running the show.
So what you feel now?
Itās louder.
Itās deeper.
Itās honest.
That ache?
That tension?
Thatās not age.
Thatās information.
So when Iām on the floor opening my hipsā¦
Iām not working out.
Iām listening.
Because my body has been speakingā¦
this whole time.
This is not about losing.
This is about bringing my body back to life.
Are you listening?

FROM THE FLOOR TO POWER & PURPOSE šŖš¾š„
Because not even the floor can keep a praying woman down.
My body shut me all the way down.
Hormones out of control.
Pain in every joint.
Breast cancer tried to rewrite my story.
But it didnāt.
That floor became my classroom.
That diagnosis became my awakening.
This isnāt hypeāthis is rebuilding.
Cell by cell. Bite by bite. Step by step.
Post-menopause didnāt take me outā¦
it introduced me to power.
I didnāt just get back upā
I came back aligned.
I came back on assignment.
If your body ever tried to take you outā¦
stay with me.

Fitness and Wellness Coach for premenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal women.āI want to help you lead a healthier and more purposeful lifestyle!ā
In in my 40ās I was prescribed Prozac medication to help with my symptoms associated with Perimenopause. After reading the side effects of the medication, I knew that the idea of being dependent on pharmaceuticals for my mental and physical well-being just didnāt sound appealing.
I protested for an alternative to manage my symptoms. My doctor suggested a diet and exercise treatment. I decided to enroll into the Fitness Specialist Certification program held at American River College in Sacramento, C.A. My goal was to learn how to eat food for medicine and exercise for strength. However, soon after enrolling into the certification program, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to temporarily stop the program.
After, completing phrase one of a double mastectomy procedure, I re-enrolled into the Fitness Specialist Certification program. Through faith, strong work ethic, and determination, I chose to make diet and exercise a lifestyle change. I was amazed at my mental and physical transformation and shocked at the amount of weight I lost. But more importantly, at how much energy I had and how great I felt and looked.
I now live by a new motto, āeach one, teaches one.ā This motto fueled me to create a platform to pay it forward to others. With this newly found inner strength I was determined to be a voice for those who need support and encouragement. As a result, I founded, Crawl-Walk-Run-Fitness to assist others in leading a healthier and more purposeful lifestyle.
By taking care from within, you can radiate vibrancy on the outside. Your health is important because you are important.
