We want to make you aware of a temporary change regarding your lab results.

Due to a delay in a system update between our electronic health records and external lab systems, some lab results are currently not appearing in the patient portal. We initially expected a quick fix, but the updated timeline for resolution is now early spring at the earliest.

What this means for you:
If you recently had labs done and don’t see your results in the portal, please don’t worry - your results are still available. The lab team can print a copy or send them directly to another facility upon request.
