>>Instrumental ADLs: Managing Transportation (accompany/drive Clients on Errands and/or Medical appts); Light Housekeeping; Shopping, Preparing meals & snacks according to Client instructions; Medication Management & Reminders; Managing Communication (e.g. telephone & mail)

>>Other: In certain situations, providing Hospice supportive care; Incontinence care; Bed-bound Patient care; Assistance with Blood Glucose monitoring; Use of lifting equipment (such as Gait Belts and/or Hoyer Lifts)

Amada's IDEAL CAREGIVER will have:

>1 year+ of experience working w/Seniors in a home setting [preferred]

>Current valid/verifiable CA Driver's License [required]

>Access to reliable transportation [required]

>Proof of current car/auto insurance [required]

>Evidence of negative/clear tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year [required]

>Live Scan Fingerprint (for DOJ & FBI screening; part of your HCA registration) [required]

>Two (2) forms of ID, compliant with I-9 requirements [required]

>Must be able to pass national background check

>Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) w/State of CA (assistance provided if necessary) [required]
