These two are very passionate about working with endurance athletes and educating on how to train as a hybrid athlete. 🌟Monday Motivation!🌟

This Monday is the last day of Brain Injury Awareness Month. 🧠 It only felt right to share the story of our warrior, ! This woman sustained life-threatening injuries in a motor-vehicle accident a little over three years ago. Her journey to recovery has been nothing short of a miracle. She underwent a life-saving craniotomy after being air-lifted from the scene. She had completely lost the ability to use the entire left side of her body. She sustained a cranial nerve injury affecting both eyes, trauma to her ear, memory impact, and so much more. This woman has had multiple procedures, surgeries, and continues to fight the fight.

This picture of her with her 91 year old mother, sister, daughter , and her 15 month old grand-daughter is proof that God still has plans for her.

Seeing her training last week at facility with was just proof that if you put the work in, take action whether you feel like it or not, you will continue to reach your goals. Even if it is REALLY hard, do it anyway! 👏💪

Keep up the good fight, ! You are an inspiration to many, and so loved!🥰

🌟 Monday Motivation! 🌟

This is our client, Betty! She had a fall on February 5th and fractured her femur. She underwent surgery the following day. Here is a photo of her from over the weekend. She is already back home and working hard on her recovery.

Betty is 82 years old and is battling Alzeheimers, which has been pretty aggressive. She has been working on her strength for the past 2 years with , 2 times a week. The reason that Betty is where she is right now is because of this. Without previous strength, she would not have been able to bounce back from this as quickly.

We are so incredibly proud of her. You do not always know what you are training for, but we firmly believe that taking care of yourself prepares you better for unexpected events. You are surely far more resilient mentally and physically.

🕑Throwback Thursday!🕑

Here is a little throwback of today!🤭

In case you were ever wondered when her curiosity around exercise and fitness started, her is your answer!

She remembers her parents telling her to just start with as many reps as you can, and each day add one more. Although she may not have listened to this very well (I know that is a shocker 🤣), I still love the lesson behind this.

Whether you are just getting started, trying to increase your strength, or trying to get faster, the principles are all the same. Find an entry point, be consistent, and work up very gradually. Before you know it, you won't even be able to recognize yourself! 💪👀

Today...start with whatever you can. If you need accountability, have pain, do not know where to start, we are here to help you!

🌟Monday Motivation!🌟

Our client Quinn was side-lined his entire sophomore year due to an injury. After rounds of physical therapy, and getting nowhere with his outcomes, his mother reached out to in May of 2024 as a last resort to see if there was anything that could be done to help him get back to doing what he loves. He committed to the process and trusted the plan over the summer. Here he is, crushing his junior season with PR after PR!🔥 He is headed to the states this weekend in Winston-Salem. We are so proud of him and sending lots of good vibes!!! 💪👏
