BODY Remedi LLC We specialize in working with athletes and chronic pain catering each session to address the issues I opened my practice in Apple Valley in 2016.

I have been practicing Massage since 2004, for many years I worked in a chiropractic office as a massage therapist and a chiropractic assistant. The Chiropractic experience I have has given me the opportunity to work with many different clients and conditions and help them achieve the results that they are looking for with Therapeutic Massage. I take the time before our session to chat with you briefly about your goals for the session and strive to make sure that they are met. Some of the techniques that I use most often are JFB Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, although I incorporate a lot of relaxation and Swedish techniques as well. Through out the massage I always check with my clients to make sure that they are comfortable with the pressure of the work. I don't ever want you to feel like you got run over by a truck when you get off my table but I also don't want you to feel like you just paid someone to rub lotion on you for an hour.
