This time of year, I see it often—clients finally feel ready to get serious about their health because spring brings the desire to feel lighter, breathe easier, and start fresh. But then… they hesitate.

I create protocols to help your body move past whatever it’s stuck in—whether that’s seasonal allergies, fatigue, weight, or gut issues. And yet I still get asked: “Am I taking too much?”

I get it. We’ve all been conditioned to believe that too much of anything is dangerous—because with pharmaceuticals, it often is. But when we’re using the right supplements for your body? 🌿 You can’t really mess it up. The worst thing that happens is you go through your bottle a little quicker.

In natural health, the rule is: you’re safe. The exception is worry.

If you’re ready to feel better this spring—without overthinking it—I’m here to help.

Click below to book your visit or reply to this email and I’ll help you figure out your next step.

Let’s make this your season 🌸

Spring is supposed to be beautiful… not miserable.

If you're sneezing constantly, feeling congested, or dragging around itchy, watery eyes—it’s not just “how spring is.” That’s common, yes—but it’s not normal.

Your body wants to feel good. It wants balance. So why do some people sail through spring while others feel like they’ve been hit by a pollen truck? There’s usually a barrier—something getting in the way of your body doing what it’s designed to do. Most of the time, that barrier is a fungus, parasite, or toxin.

🌿 Give your body the tools it needs to heal and defend itself. It doesn’t have to be this way—and I can help.

Need support? DM me schedule a visit. Let’s make this your best spring yet. 🌷

𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧- make your environment a place that’s easy to form good habits.

👉Keep junk food, even organic junk food, out of the house. It’s easy to say no to it when it’s not there.
👉Keep meat/protein snacks toward the front of the fridge so it’s the first thing you look at. Digging to the back of the fridge is too much work, so you’re less likely to do it.
👉If you’re working on more movement along with eating protein, have your workout clothes sitting out ready for you in the bathroom (or wherever you go first) so you can put them on right away. Walking back to the bedroom is too much work - make it easy on yourself to make the right choice.
👉Track your food. It’s fun to see a high protein number at the end of the day. It’s not fun to see a high sugar number at the end of the day. You’ll think twice about what’s going into your body.
👉Pack your lunch so you control what you eat and aren’t tempted to go out to a place where you can’t control how food is made or portion size.
👉Sugar and TV go hand in hand. Sugar is poison to the body; TV is poison to the mind. Unplug your TV after every use - it’s a pain to plug it back in, making you think twice about watching. If that’s not enough of a barrier, take the batteries out of the remote and put them in a different room. It’s too much work to put the batteries back and plug in the TV, so you’ll naturally start to do something else, and you’ll likely avoid whatever snack you were going to have.

🍪 I don’t keep junk food (even organic junk food) in the house—because if it’s there, I’ll eat it.
🍰 Real dessert is rare in our home (we still have a handful of chocolate chips or some ice cream a couple times a week)
🥗 I always pack my lunch so I don’t end up grabbing something unhealthy.

And saying YES to the good things? That’s easy when they’re right in front of me.
👟 My workout clothes are laid out, so I put them on first thing.
💊 My supplements sit on my bathroom counter, so I never forget them.

Discipline isn’t about willpower—it’s about setting yourself up for success. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟? 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬! 👇✨

Discipline helps create habits, and habits help create discipline.

People think if you’re disciplined or create many habits that you’re not free, but this isn’t true. These things enhance freedom.

Your brain gets easily bogged down by having to make too many decisions. What will I wear today? When will I workout? What will I eat for lunch? By creating habits, actions become automatic, and your brain is freed up to think about things that are the next level up, which ultimately helps you up level your life.

A disciplined environment helps with the habit. It’s a habit that I pick out what I’m going to wear M-F on Sunday so I don’t have to waste time thinking about it in the morning. It’s discipline that they’re in order and paired up in the closet.

It’s a habit that I workout each morning, but the disciplined environment is that my workout clothes are waiting for me in the bathroom every morning so I can put them right away.

It’s a habit that I decide what I’m eating for lunch the night before and discipline to not keep junk food in the house for me to pick from.

All this helps free the brain so I can think of things that help me grow and are in alignment with my vision.

What are your habits? 💡Comment below and let me know!

If the internet and TV didn’t tell you what to do, how would you stay healthy?

Would you grow your own food, pay attention to how your neighbors do it, use remedies passed down from grandma, and spend most of your time outside? Would you build relationships and community through real conversations instead of relying on headlines?

Or would you trust food sprayed with chemicals so hazardous farmers need hazmat suits? Would you avoid the sun and seek out genetically modified, lab-made meals? Would you let mainstream media shape your health decisions?

One path is natural. The other is conditioned. If you're starting to question what you’ve been told, that’s a good thing. Now it’s time to do something about it.

Be different. Be dangerous. It’s the only way to save the future.

How to not be sick: be healthy

How do you become healthy? Just think about it backwards. How can you become unhealthy as quickly as possible?

Eat fast food / junk food
Don’t exercise
Don’t take supplements
Smoke
Drink alcohol
Drink soda
Be a victim
Hang out with losers
Drink tap/city water
Don’t get enough sleep

So just don’t do those things, and you’ll be on the right track. If you can master these, all the other details will fall into place.

My first client Tuesday was early, so we had a little extra time to talk. We revisited what her main goals are, and while her goal is to get pregnant, her true goal is to lose weight.

Her weight plateaued a little while back. She eats the right things from a macros standpoint. Her protein is high, and that’s likely what helped her lose the first 20 pounds before she hit a plateau. She takes her supplements consistently.

But then we started to talk about two key things – fitness and support. She leads an active lifestyle where she has to lift things frequently, but she hasn’t been doing any true workouts. So we talked about how we need to start a fitness routine. I gave her a few ideas so she has guidance to get started.

And then we focused a little bit on what kind of support she has. While her husband is super loving, health is not a priority to him. And I know a lot of other women who are struggling to lose weight are in the same boat. When you live in a home where your spouse or the kids are eating different things than you are, it makes it harder to stay on track. After all, we all know the junk food and the less nutritious food taste good. So of course it’s tempting, and if it’s around you all the time, you’re likely going to give into it.

We talked about how that’s a barrier and just started to put some awareness on it and talked about how she’ll have camping trips coming up this summer and what we need to do about the temptations that come with those.

And then I gave her a hug before she left. Because that’s what I do. We will get her there - it’s just one step at a time and it’s putting in the reps to make health second nature.

If you need guidance or a place to start, I’m here. I live this day in and day out. Just shoot me a message or comment "help" below. 🩵

See below for Signs, Risks & Solutions

Metabolic Syndrome is a cluster of conditions that increase your risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. It is a sign that the body is struggling to maintain balance, particularly in blood sugar regulation, inflammation, and fat metabolism.

You might have Metabolic Syndrome if you have three or more of the following:

✅ High Blood Sugar – Fasting blood glucose over 100 mg/dL or signs of insulin resistance like energy crashes, sugar cravings, or difficulty losing weight.

✅ Abdominal Fat – A waist circumference over 35 inches (women) or 40 inches (men), often referred to as visceral fat.

✅ High Blood Pressure – 130/85 mmHg or higher, or if you're taking medication for high blood pressure.

✅ High Triglycerides – Over 150 mg/dL, indicating poor fat metabolism and inflammation.

✅ Low HDL ("Good") Cholesterol – Below 50 mg/dL for women or 40 mg/dL for men, reducing the body’s ability to clear excess fats from the bloodstream.

Symptoms & Warning Signs

Even if you haven't been tested, there are common warning signs, including:

Sugar and carb cravings

Fatigue after meals

***Difficulty losing weight, especially around the midsection***

Brain fog or difficulty focusing

Skin tags or darkened patches of skin (signs of insulin resistance)

High stress levels or poor sleep

Swollen ankles or fluid retention

What Causes It?

Metabolic Syndrome is often the result of poor diet, lack of movement, high stress, and toxicity overload. The modern diet is filled with refined carbs, sugars, and processed foods, which contribute to insulin resistance, inflammation, and fat storage. But even if you're eating well and moving, prolonged/chronic STRESS can do it all on its own.

Poor sleep also plays a huge role—when cortisol (the stress hormone) is elevated for too long, it signals the body to store fat, increase blood pressure, and disrupt blood sugar balance.

The Good News: It’s Reversible!

Metabolic Syndrome is not a life sentence. It can be reversed by supporting metabolism, reducing inflammation, and improving insulin sensitivity.

🌱 Key Strategies for Reversal:

Lower Sugar & Processed Carbs – Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods, healthy fats, and proteins.

Prioritize Protein & Healthy Fats – These stabilize blood sugar and help burn fat.

Get Moving – Strength training and walking are two of the best ways to improve insulin sensitivity.

Reduce Stress & Support Sleep – High cortisol leads to blood sugar issues. Try deep breathing, meditation, or Calm Five and ME Support for stress relief.

Detox & Reduce Inflammation – Support liver function, digestion, and cellular health through proper nutrition and supplements.

Your body is always working toward balance, and with the right support, you can heal and restore metabolic health.

Other considerations: BioGlycozyme Forte (6/day), Bio GGG-B (3 before bed)

If you have increased blood pressure: Cytozyme AD (2-6/day)

If you have increased triglycerides or LDL: Lipid Sirt (4-6/day), Gluco Balance (3-9/day)

We are very interested in adrenal function, digestive function, reactive hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), parasites and fungal issues as well as diet in this case!!
