Balanced Behavioral Services is hiring another part-time BCBA to join our small, BCBA-owned clinic in Appleton!
We specialize in play-based ABA and ESDM for young children, with a focus on direct therapy, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful support for families.

✔ Flexible daytime hours
✔ Paid admin time + CEU allowance
✔ Direct BCBA service model
✔ Supportive, collaborative environment
✔ Strong focus on early childhood and NDBIs/ESDM

This position is ideal for BCBAs who enjoy direct work with children and families in a relationship-focused setting.

Hi there! I’m Jess Marchetti, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15+ years of experience working in ABA with early learners. Supporting children and their families is truly my passion, and I feel so lucky to do work that helps others grow, connect, and thrive each day.

I call De Pere, Wisconsin home, where I live with my amazing husband Tyler, our two wonderful kids, Callan and Sutton, and our lovable pets—Walter the dog and LuLu the cat, who definitely keep life fun and full of energy!

Outside of work, I love getting lost in a good book, exploring the outdoors on a hike, or winding down with a cozy Netflix night. I value the little moments, lots of laughter, and making meaningful memories with my family.
