This client came to me feeling completely stuck with her digestion. 😢

She was dealing with daily abdominal pain, consistent bloating, nausea, vomiting after meals, and acid reflux. Every meal seemed to trigger something — no matter what she ate.

She’d already done countless blood tests, colonoscopies, endoscopies… and still didn’t have the answers she needed.

She wasn’t looking for more restrictions. She wanted to understand what was *actually* happening in her body.

Her GI-MAP results were telling a clear story — we just had to look closely, understand the why, and make a plan.

Working with mostly moms, there’s one sentence I hear more than any other: “I’m fine.”

Whether we’re working moms or stay-at-home moms, we tend to put everyone else first. And honestly? That’s not a bad thing — we love caring for our people. 💛 

But here’s the thing… it’s really easy to lose ourselves in the process. When we say, “I’m fine”, “it’s just part of being a mom”, “I’ll get through it,” - sometimes we do. And sometimes… it starts to affect every area of our life negatively.

😟 Maybe your anxiety makes it hard to enjoy time with your kids.
💩 Maybe your gut issues are keeping you home from things you love.
🩸 Maybe your cycles are so rough you’re calling into work every month.
😴 Maybe you’re so exhausted you’re napping multiple times a day and not playing with your kids like you used to.
🌙 Maybe insomnia has you lucky to get 3 hours of sleep a night.

Wherever you’re at, I want you to know this: taking care of you matters.

A recent client of mine told me that she never seeked help from a Dr because she heard too people tell her “it’s all in your head”. No wonder we stay stuck. No wonder we tell people we’re fine because we’re constantly being dismissed anyways.

I’m not saying your health has to be perfect or you have to start NOW — but if it’s starting to steal your energy, your joy, or your connection with your family… it’s time to do something different.

There’s never a perfect time to get support. Life is busy - I get it. But let’s best honest: it’s always going to be busy. You still deserve to feel good in your body, get clarity on what’s going on, and not just settle for “I’m fine” 😘
