A few little reminders for my families who have kiddos with feeding differences 🍽️

🥒 Temperature, taste, texture.
They all matter. And if one isn’t right, it can be all wrong.

🥒 Food pairings are powerful.
Pickles have 0 chance with me unless they’re with beef sticks and fresh garlic cheese curds.

🥒 Tolerance and acceptance takes time.
It took a lot of my friends to tell me these were worth a shot before I tried them.

If you’re fighting foods more than enjoying them with your kiddo, reach out for support 🫶🏻

I love discharging babies 🥹

I mean, I hate it because I miss them once they’re gone, but I love it because it means they’re on their way to growing happy & healthy, and their parents are on their way to more memorable and meaningful mealtimes together 💛
