We catch things.. I would consider my client pretty experienced in weight training, but I noticed just a little bit movement in her hips while she was doing bicep curls. I pushed her hips back not even a quarter of an inch and she couldn’t get her weight up. She was using that little bit hip momentum to push up that weight.. I dropped her weight and she finished her set.

Naxos Greece! Last week I was gifted the opportunity to take 22 women on this retreat! There are always many reasons for me to love the trips that I am able to host, but this one is really special to me, I had a lot of women on this retreat that traveled with their mothers, I had women that have been friends for over 20 years! There were other women on the retreat who have never traveled outside of the United States. And I feel so happy to have been able to take them to one of my favorite places!
We started the day off with a workout, and then our other activities included a hike, visiting, cultural areas, monastery visit, a bus tour of the island, and one of my favorites was taking the ladies to a farm outside of town or they made dinner for the group and played music for us!
One of my favorite things about Naxos’s is that the island is very green! Unlike other islands of the Greece, they have water sources here so they have a lot of grass and beautiful landscaping! I cannot wait to take another group back here again! Here are a couple photos from our amazing week!
