Balance and Care… GLP1 booster

The goal is to transition our guts from a bottomless hole that turns everything into fat, into a fat burning furnace that doesn’t feel hungry and easily turns our fat into energy.

Balance and Care kicks it off with a new buzz word… Akkermansia

This gut bacteria that lean people have. They seem to eat whatever they want, but don’t gain weight. Meanwhile, most people eat a cupcake and need new wardrobe. Human studies show Akkermansia naturally boosts your body’s own GLP-1 production, improves insulin sensitivity, reduces fat storage, and supports steady, sustainable weight loss — without the harsh side effects or starvation diets from drugs like Ozempic.

How Akkermansia works…

That bacteria feeds on the mucus layer that protects your intestinal wall. That means your gut has to produce fresh mucus more regularly. This constant renewal keeps the gut lining thinner, newer and more “refreshed.”

This is very good, here’s why…
Thinner, healthier mucus layer enables the good bacteria to communicate more clearly with your intestinal cells. This means well-fed bacteria can easily get a message to L-cells in your intestinal wall saying “We’re not hungry, we’re well nourished.” Then those L-cells send out your own natural GLP1 (aka Ozempic).

GLP-1 is like a group text message to your brain, pancreas, stomach.

Brain: We’re not hungry.

Pancreas: Make extra insulin to control blood sugar

Stomach: Slow down digestion, we have plenty of food right now.

You’re also getting smart prebiotic fibers. Agave inulin and Soluble Tapioca Fiber.

These are the favorite foods of good gut bacteria like Akkermansia. Feed them every morning, and they start fermenting all that fiber. Fermentation creates short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) which send more signals directly to those same L-cells in your gut wall. That even means more of your own natural GLP-1… plus another fullness hormone called PYY.

This smart fiber also calms inflammation, tightens up the gut lining, and makes insulin work better all over your body.

So the Akkermansia is like the mysterious and handsome handyman who keeps the gut running smoothly, while these prebiotic fibers are a big bowl of Wheaties and a 24 ounce expresso to get him ready to serve you.
