Hours Have Changed. Open for chair class on Thursday at 3pm and now open for classes every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month until further notice. $10 classes, I have the mats blocks and chairs. Thank you! See ya on the Mat! 🧘‍♀️

Bike fest is happening downtown this Saturday. Roads will be closed, we have decided to hold a 9:30 am class at Morgan park, please contact me if interested. Studio will be open for homemade product sales and questions until noon. All my biker friends stay safe and be mindful 🧘‍♀️
