OPB Nutrition We don't just give numbers and say "good luck!" We TEACH you how to eat better so you understand WHY and can do it on your own, forever!

One Percent Better Nutrition was created to cut the crap in our over-saturated and misinformed health and fitness community. We got tired of "influencers" and companies lying through their teeth, making money off of others' pain and willingness to do anything to get healthy. So we decided to do something about it.

​We created a system that educates and supports our members so they may easily implement what they learn into their daily lives, and the lives of their loved ones. We make nutrition simple and relatable, in hopes to reach as many people as possible. With the power of people and education, we will turn the tables on every weight loss gimmick and fad diet out there! We have three completely different program styles to choose from. Because this stuff is NOT one sized fits all, and there shouldn't be only ONE way to eat better! You can find tons of details on each program on our website! Just another reason why the scale is stupid.

What's your favorite way to measure progress that doesn't involve the scale?

More importantly...
Don't take advice from people who you have nothing in common with.

If you're over 30, take advice from someone who isn't operating off the "I don't feel the effects of my decisions yet" lifestyle of a 20 year old.

If you're a parent, find a coach with kids who understands scheduling struggles (You TRULY don't get it if you don't have kids).

If you're a mom, find a coach who's also a mother who understands the insanity that is hormone changes. 🫠

If you're a giant dude who wants to put on 30 pounds of muscle, find a fellow hulk 😄

This is why blindly following the advice of random influencers who don't know ANYTHING about you usually does more harm than good.

Finding someone similar to you isn't the ONLY option...

But it can make a big difference. Especially for those who have been struggling for years and don't know why.
