This is a card of replenishment as you return to yourself and the beautiful vessel of your body. If you find that time is of the essence and you sometimes can’t clock in as many hours of restful sleep as you’d like, there are other ways you can enhance your daily restoration , perhaps you are yearning for emotional rest. This is about giving yourself time and space to gently dip into your feelings writing and reflecting can be wonderful outlets for your heart.
If you are needing physical restoration beyond sleep, try listening to what your body is telling you. Perhaps some stretching, meditation or even movement can sue the aches and let your energy flow. Foods or other sensual outlets and activities may be what is called for at this time. Electronic stimuli can sometimes be overwhelming. Artificial lights, screen, exposure, and noisy environments may need to be reduced if you find that your sensory inputs are overloaded. Exchanging energies with others can also lead to burnout. Take stock of the people in your space who are either depleting or refreshing your vitality. Small doses of any outside input may be needed at this time.

This is where my energy landed today!

The beaver works hard to build the lodge where it raises its young. Using twigs, grasses, rocks, and mud, it construct a safe environment for its family, as well as a natural habitat for migrating birds. Birds trees, symbolize new beginnings, they seldom grow alone. In medieval Europe, they were used as maypoles in pagan celebrations of Midsomer. Because there was thought to protect the young and evil spirits, it was often used to build cradles.
Now is the time to focused on nesting, homesteading, and settling down. Decorate and tend to your environment in the way that supports a feeling of home
