Under normal conditions oxygen binds only to the hemoglobin in the red blood cells. This means oxygen is transported to the brain solely through the blood supply and only reaches the places in the brain where the blood flows.
But what happens when we saturate the brain with oxygen for a period of time? When an individual is exposed to therapy, the brain is by oxygen. This allows oxygen to reach previously inaccessible areas or even those which can no longer be reached due to brain damage. The outcomes are significant. 💜 f.k.a.
