For 30 years, I have been an elementary school educator--teacher, librarian, and counselor. I'm also the mother of four: two boys, two girls. I love stories, songs, yoga/movement and play! I like to wear colorful tennis shoes and CRAZY hats. I'm all about making the world a better place . . . one thought, one smile, one act of kindness at a time! After completing my 200 hour yoga instructor training in June 2013, I established "zipaDeeBee, LLC" to encourage others to be their best selves, discovering balance in mind, body, heart, and LIGHT.
