Monakaye Cunningham is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing for at least 8 years. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well Hypnotherapy. Monakaye provides individual and family counseling to adults and children. She uses Hypnotherapy to treat depression and anxiety. Monakaye has experience in dealing with a plethora of issues, but commonly helps clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, social skills, grief and loss, etc. Sessions are by appointment only.

Who are we? One of our team members is Shelly Self. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012. Shelly provides individual and family counseling to adults and children. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as in Hypnotherapy. Her experience includes, but is not limited to treatment of marriage and family issues; depression and anxiety; personality disorders, grief and loss, sexual abuse; and domestic violence, etc. Sessions are by appointment only.
