This circle of women is truly something special. Each of them brings wisdom, creativity, compassion, and a deep commitment to healing. Being able to create something meaningful together with women I respect and love so deeply feels both magical and powerful.
Together we are offering A Soulful Immersion in Sand & Shadow — a sacred retreat where sandtray, sound healing, nature, reflection, and connection come together in a beautiful and supportive circle.

Friday, was such a special day spending it with the brilliant Eliana Gil and so many colleagues I love and adore in our community. What made this training feel different was that this is the first of a series of webinars for the Harris Family. The presenters of the series, that will be held monthly are offering their time voluntarily with all the proceeds supporting the Harris family. Our community has been heartbroken and gathering in this way to learn, reflect and hold space for one another felt magical. Each month you will be able to sign up for a new webinar and all of the proceeds go to the Harris family. The next webinar is March 27 on Play Therapy with gifted and twice exceptional children. This is a small, deeply intentional retreat for sandtray therapists who are craving space to slow down, reconnect, and be held in circle — not just as clinicians, but as humans.

Together we’ll explore sandtray, expressive arts, shadow work, sound healing, nature, and sacred symbolism in a gentle and supportive environment.

I hadn’t posted for so long, but I feel like I drank the Kool-Aid when participating in the character trends. When I asked ChatGPT how they saw me this is what was created and it was so beautiful, I had to share. I love that it gave me bare feet and butterflies. There are so many negative things that we can talk about regarding AI but it’s also nice to share the positive things.
