Plyo is for EVERYONE!

Whether you want to get bouncier for a sport or have healthier tendons, speedier for running or less prone to falling, plyometric training should become a part of your weekly training.

Perform 20-30 seconds of work, 3-4 sets with 60-90 seconds of full recovery. Pick 4-5 movements to begin with and build intensity over time.
