Bismarck Farmers Market tomorrow Saturday August 9th from 8-11. I still have a little of all three honey’s thistle, clover and goldenrod. If your curious about the different taste come by my booth and get a free sample. Also, will have my creamed honey’s and if there’s one you haven’t sampled you can get a taste of it too!!! Will be set up this Saturday August 9th for my third time at Bismarck Farmers Market from 8-11. Come by get a free sample of one of my creamed honey’s if you’ve never tried. They are sugar and gluten free and if you’re a honey lover a must try!!! Hope to see ya there!!!

Just had a customer ask me what preservative I use in my creamed honey. Only have had that asked once before from health department at an event I was set up at years ago. Apparently he didn’t know like this customer that the best preservative on the planet is raw honey!!! It never spoils and bacteria or infections can’t exist in honey. Anyway food for thought. That same person asked what’s my healthiest creamed honey I make. My answer was either the Ceylon cinnamon or lemon cause they were the ones that came to mind mainly cause I just made a batch of lemon!!! 😂 But seriously I make if from pure lemon oil and pure raw honey and those together are incredible for your immune system!!! Would advise to do a little fact checking on me and give me your opinion. I love feedback and so I’ll end with a huge thanks for your support and business.

I just poured up that thistle honey and since it’s so light and could really see through the container I noticed a small speck. Just so ya know my honey is raw and unfiltered which means when it’s uncapped and put in the extractor(spins and slings the honey out) there may be small pieces of the comb in the honey. I then put in 5 gallon buckets to store. When I get ready to pour up a bucket into containers I put a bee blanket on the bucket that warms the honey up and makes it liquid agin if it had crystallized and under 95 degrees so it’s still considered raw. Then run through a strainer that catches most pieces of comb but I noticed some small specks in some. Just so ya know in case you’ve noticed a speck or two. Thanks again for the support and business. Big shout out to Mt. Ida Print for my newest tabletop! They make this ol country guy look a little more professional!!! 😂 This makes the third tabletop they’ve done because I keep adding new flavors so this may be my last cause I’m just about to my limit time wise(only 24 hours in a day!!!). I’ve got some really creamed honey’s addicts who have tried all but if you see one your curious about reach out cause I give free taste samples. Thanks again for the support, business and opportunity to make and work on something that I feel is pretty unique and so yummy!!!

One of the busiest three hours I’ve had at an event in some time right here in my home town of Bismarck!!! This Bismarck Farmers Market has treated this ol’man very well!!! Thank you so much for coming out and supporting not just me but all these small businesses that attend. A big shout out to Jimmilee and McKenzie for their hard work putting this on. Well the Pineapple creamed honey continues to shine in sales which proves it wasn’t just a new short lived success. My primary goal in my creamed honey’s is to make something that most people have never tried or tasted. The love I put into it and the response that I get makes it so worth the work!!! Thanks again and remember 🐝 kind to those you come into contact with.

Want to sample some of the sweetest honey you’ll ever get? I’ll be set up tomorrow Saturday the 12th at Bismarck Farmers Market from 8-11. My policy has always been “try before you buy” that way you know what you’re getting. I promise not all honey is alike cause there is store bought which is processed and honey that’s raw and unfiltered. Swing by my booth and get a sample of my honey or many different creamed honey’s. Bradfield Honey will be able to make it to another Bismarck Farmers Market which will be July 12th. Was so blessed last month for the business I did and new customers I made. Can’t think of anything new from last month that I’ll have but you can always swing by and try another flavor of creamed honey you’re curious about. I’m having another table top that will list all 20 flavors made but not sure it’s gonna be ready by then. I give a free taste sample so if your one who’s not tried creamed honey come by get a taste. I’ll have my clover, goldenrod and wildflower honey’s, creamed honey’s and pure bee pollen. Thanks again for the support last time and hope to see ya on the 12th.
