Gabriel Halpern returns to Pulsation Yoga to help guide students through a foundational understanding of yoga philosophy and history. He will help students, yoga teachers and trainees frame the philosophical foundations of yoga to better understand them today.
More specifically, conversations will center around the Bhagavad Gita to help guide your reading and understanding of this important text. While the Gita is one of the most renowned yoga texts, it is often one of the hardest to grasp. Gabriel Halpern will help you break down the meaning and messages in this epic reading so you can fully appreciate all it has to offer. As always, Gabriel will discuss a wider yogic philosophy, which will follow a keenly instructed asana practice.
This 3-hour workshop will be divided into a 2-hour discussion and Q&A and a 1-hour gentle practice.
