Meet Adrian, our newest certified personal trainer!

With over 10 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and weightlifting coach- his skills range from strength training, weight loss, rehab and athletic performance enhancement.

Personally, Adrian has been a local and national competitor in Olympic style weightlifting- even winning 2nd place this year at the USAW Masters National Competition!

As a competitor, he understands the ups/downs of training aggressively, navigating injuries, and having intense focus on technique- meaning he can meet you wherever you’re at with your health/fitness goals.

Meet Dr. Annie Martucci, Doctor of Physical Therapy- our newest provider for physical therapy at ArCTIC!

Graduating in 2019 with her doctorate in physical therapy- she has worked with the Northern VA community to bring the benefits of physical therapy to everyone. Her main goal: help you get back to whatever it is you enjoy :)
