Join me in some ecstatic dance. It's an expressive free form movement dance! We start with a growth ceremony and then we dance.

This month's theme is "Embracing Each Other." We will learn about the interconnectedness of all things with a takehome craft of symbolized embroidery floss braiding while enjoying live sound bowl with sining bowls!
