& The Melanin Curve Yoga hosts: Motion and Flow!!

For every Saturday in the month of July, starting on the 6th, we will begin “Motion and Flow!” This event will consist of a 30min-45min walk/jog and a 35min yoga session.

The walk will begin promptly at 8am, so please arrive a few minutes early to park and start with the group. The yoga session will run from 8:45am to 9:15am. There is a special $15 drop-in fee for the yoga portion this event.

Please bring your mats and or towels. Mat rental is available for an additional $5 fee. Water will be provided!!
