ELECTRIC BEES

As bumblebees fly, their wings generate an electric charge that transfers to the flowers they visit. Since flowers naturally carry a negative charge, when a bee lands, the pollen clings to the bee’s hairs while the flower is marked with the bee’s positive charge. This signal lets the next bee know that the flower has already been visited.

Bees don’t just carry charges—they can also sense electric fields. This ability helps them decide which flowers to gather nectar and pollen from. The shape of a flower’s petals affects the shape of its electric field, and bees can recognize those patterns. On top of that, flowers give off tiny vibrations, and when pollen is present, the vibrations are stronger.

Such a finely tuned system could never be the product of random chance. It’s only a glimpse of the incredible design found in creation—designed perfectly by God.
