With the arrival of spring, we are gifted with a natural surge of energy—a gentle push from the universe to awaken, move, and grow. The longer days and warmer breezes remind us that now is the time for action. But not just any action—aligned, intentional action.
Yoga teaches us that action without awareness is just movement. This season, let’s take each step with purpose, guided by the wisdom of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Whether it's practicing Ahimsa (compassion) in our thoughts, embracing Svadhyaya (self-study) to deepen our understanding, or moving our bodies with Asana—let’s allow these principles to shape our choices.
And remember, we are all doing our best. But when we know better, we can do better. Each breath is a new beginning, an opportunity to show up with more presence, more kindness, and more alignment with our true selves.
