I think it’s important to share authentically.
I know when I have chosen to work with my own coaches and healers I had to feel their vibe first.
Here is a gratitude share of how life’s been lately.
Entrepreneurial soul aligned business building is a beautiful thing, and because two things can be true simultaneously, it is a tension wave 🌊 I have been riding…
Gratitude helps me reset and become present in the knowing that this is bigger and wider than my limiting beliefs.
When we are in a thread of dharma, the soul knows and I am letting that be my surf board 🏄‍♀️ in this.

So much gratitude for every client I have been blessed to work with.
Each one of you helps fuel the fire 🔥 and keeps me in the knowing of the value of healing work.

Mars is moving into Ta**us today, and we have a Mars-Venus oppositional tension playing out the next 1.5 months.

* Mars (action, push, passion) is in Ta**us (the sign of Venus).
* Venus (ease, receiving, pleasure) Tension arises between push-forward energy and slow-down energy.

Personally, with Ta**us rising, I felt the to-do list calling me—passionate and productive this morning, even my workout was a let’s fu***ng go and a real connection with my muscles and how they felt.
Power walking down to the yurt, I was struck by nature’s sensory beauty—birds, sun, air—reminding me to receive as nature flirted with my senses.
Don’t you love a good Venus/mars dance?!!

Everyone will feel this push-pull differently, depending on their chart. The key is balancing action with appreciation and harmony.

Listening is very layered as a coach…

I listen to the language my clients use to describe situations and their autonomy within them.

We all have stories in our minds about the things we “should” be doing.
The thing is, half the time they are another persons “should” that we just adopted as a belief without really opening it up.
After we review the should stories, I ask clients “why” is that a “should”.

Because my mom used to tell me that was how a wife behaves…

Because when I was a child, I received praise if I did XYZ…

Because I am afraid of what happens if I don’t….

Once we understand the “why” behind the “should”, we have more awareness with our choices.

Then it is easier to change the language from “should” to
“If I wanted to, I COULD…”

Possibilities open up when we claim our autonomy through awareness and accountability.

The words we choose are powerful.
This is why bringing awareness to our internal dialogue helps shift behavior in the direction more in alignment with our desires.

It also helps us to stop shoulding all over ourselves 😆

While this new moon is most definitely the most fertile we have for intention setting… we cannot unsee the myths of Medusa/Algol and the feminine story some of us know all too well.
The Ta**us new moon invites a return to authenticity through the body and deeper understanding of our unique nervous systems,
This new moon is conjunct the fixed star Algol infused with the mythology of Medusa.
Beneath the fear and distortion surrounding her story lives the image of a feminine force pushed into survival, hypervigilance, and protection after violation and exile.
In many ways, Medusa symbolizes what happens when the nervous system hardens around pain, when instinct becomes armor, and when authenticity is buried beneath the need to survive. Ta**us, as an earth sign ruled by sensation, embodiment, and safety, asks us to slow down enough to hear what the body has been carrying all along.
This new moon is less about forcing transformation and more about creating conditions where the body no longer has to brace against life.
Authenticity here is not performance or perfection. It is the gradual softening out of stone, the courage to inhabit the body again, and the reclamation of instinct, sensuality, emotion, and grounded self-trust without shame.

In a culture of doing and chaos…Softening and opening doesn’t always feel safe.
Setting goals and action items often comes after the intention and the desire behind the intention.
Ta**us is ruled by Venus (our desires)…

Setting intention is a wonderful way to move towards softening and receiving…
It’s a message sent out that we are ready, we believe we are worthy and want to be in that energy.
Working with the moon cycles is just one way we can ask ourselves questions and record our responses/intention ✨

Through the act, we send ahead for our future self to receive…
