Vagenius - Red Alinsod, MD Dr. Red Alinsod completed medical training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 1990. He has practiced in Southern California and now in Texas and Nevada.

I have a concierge private practice specializing only in L***aplasty and Vaginoplasty surgery, Cl****al Hood and Cl****al surgery, pelvic reconstruction, O-Shot and Vampire Wing Lifts, Radiofrequency, Plasmaporation, and Bio-Identical Hormones. What am I doing today? I a have patient from Europe who flew in for my special techniques. I get to do a Vaginoplasty and Perineoplasty with a modification using a technique that David Matlock popularized over 20 years ago for managing mild to modest loose and saggy l***a majora. I usually do a L***a Majoraplasty and remove all that excess Majora tissue but brilliant David Matlock discovered that doing a wider perineoplasty could have the same effect of pulling down on the l***a majora and giving a tighter look without actually having to excise the L***a Majora tissues. I’ve since modified it over the past couple decades so that it does not cause the occasional entry band and scarring that sometimes occurs that cause painful s*x. That doesn’t happen anymore! This saves the patient lots of money. And provides beauty and symmetry as well as improved function. So for those with only a modest amount of Majora reduction wanted you can certainly use David’s conservative approach. My Curvilinear L***a Majoraplasty is the best procedure for those with significant and severe sagging and looseness. It is a vaginal facelift that is significant. Invented in my Laguna Beach office in 2005.

I have to have the best tools to be able to do this in the office and since there were none available 20 years ago, I was very busy creating them for use first in my office and now around the world. It goes by too fast. I can’t stand it :-). Today Miles is 2 years old and in 3 days we will welcome little brother Silas into the family. Happy Days for Matthew and Brittney and the Alinsod Faithful around the world!!! Silas will make it an even 10 Great Grandkids for my Dad. 9 boys and 1 girl! Joy all around.

Rim, Hybrid, or Barbie Look. Which L***aplasty is right for each patient? Personal preference and anatomy are the biggest determinants of technique I will recommend. If your l***a majora is flat, then a Barbie Look L***aplasty will not look great. If you have l***a majora that is full and has enough puff then a Barbie or Hybrid Look will look awesome. I discuss this with you in detail and review tons of photos to help you decide. I have so many videos for you to see if you are curious and brave to watch.
