CURA was grateful to once again support the American College of Cardiology media relations team this past weekend at their Annual Scientific Session and Expo in New Orleans! 🫀🩺
While leading medical experts shared the latest cardiology research, our team was behind the scenes helping to publish press releases, track media coverage and coordinate embargoed press conferences. We also had the chance to collaborate with familiar faces at the Every 100th Heart launch party!
We are proud to be a part of such a monumental event that connects health care professionals to transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health for all.

The event is designed to unite advocates, members of the Parkinson's community, and legislators to advance research and develop strategies to better address Parkinson's Disease.
During the Forum, our own Scott Leezer led a session with Indiana advocates on how to conduct effective Hill meetings and turn advocacy into action.

This week, a few of us at CURA had the opportunity to tour the Chesterfield County Jail and learn about the Helping Addicts Recover Progressively (HARP) program to help us better understand one of the communities we support through our work.
The HARP program supports individuals with substance use disorder (SUD) in their recovery by uniquely addressing both the symptoms and underlying causes of SUD. Evidence-based treatments are paired with trauma-informed programming to give each individual the tools and support they need to sustain recovery.
It was an incredibly moving experience that underscores the importance of our work and inspires to continue delivering results-driven work for our clients in the addiction recovery space.
