➡️Rachel educated us on pelvic floor health 101 (“everyone has a pelvic floor!”) and also the physical and mental health changes due to perimenopause and menopause so we can better help our patients and know when to refer for the great work Rachel does, such as pelvic floor PT and personalized strength training 💪🏻among other areas of expertise.

We can’t wait to have her back again; thanks Rachel!! 🙏
