Hi, my name is Mavis Thomas MA, LPC-S, NCC and I am therapist with more than 19 years of experience, an avid mentor, and a devoted mother. My practice approach is an eclectic blend of REBT and CBT. I utilize these evidenced-based approaches to empower you in taking steps towards emotional wholeness. As you journey through life’s uncertainties, my personal mission is to create a safe space for you to work on building trust and accomplishing goals. To get a sense of where you are in life I will provide you with intentional time, listen to understand your point of view, and offer reassurances when necessary.
