Couch to 5k Arnaudville You can run a 5k! Come try this simple training plan of a 30 min workouts 3x a week. NEW 12 WEEK SESSION STARTS on February 6th, 2017 at 6pm!

Will meet for 2 of the 3 workouts of each week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm! Current Couch to 5k 12 Week Program
Tues/Thurs 8:30 am @ Doctors Hospital Parking Lot Arnaudville
Dates June 6th- August 24th 2017
