Fascia is living, responsive tissue that often holds the imprint of chronic stress, pain, or injury.
When gentle, sustained pressure is applied during myofascial release, the fascia creates a subtle electrical charge. This is called piezoelectricity.
That charge helps the tissue shift out of restriction and back toward balance, supporting change, hydration, and release.
This isn’t about forcing muscles to relax.
It’s about creating the conditions that allow the body to respond and reorganize.
Not forced. Not aggressive.
Just the body responding when given what it needs.
