Respiratory syncytial virus, or RSV, is a common respiratory virus that can infect people of all ages (American Lung Association). RSV symptoms can be mild, like those of a common cold, or they can be very severe and even life-threatening. CDC recommends either:
- an RSV vaccine given to the mother during pregnancy
- an RSV immunization given to infants and some older babies (CDC).

It is nearly impossible to tell if drugs have been mixed with fentanyl unless you test your drugs with fentanyl test strips. Drugs may contain deadly levels of fentanyl, and you wouldn’t be able to see it, taste it, or smell it (CDC). Fentanyl test strips are a harm reduction method used to detect the presence of fentanyl in a drug and can help prevent accidental overdoses.
