Our first Yoga + Social summer event series kicks off this week with a yoga and potluck event! We’ll start with a slower flow, all-levels, 60-minute yoga class, and then if you feel called to stay and be social (no pressure), bring a snack to share and we’ll eat and chat!

My heart is very connected to bringing people together and I’m sooooo looking forward to building this community with some good energy and smiling faces (and if you’re not smiling, that’s ok too!).

This is a weekly class at Majestic View Park. It will be mostly Mondays at 6:30 but may switch occasionally so keep an eye out for those if Monday’s don’t work for you. Each week will have a different type of casual social event afterwards with the purpose of bringing like-minded people together in community and I’ll add those details on the schedule as we go so feel free to suggest something if you’ve got a brilliant idea!
