Somatic Sound Immersion🌿
A Nervous System Reset Experience

This is a hands-on, multi-practitioner experience designed to deliver a deeper level of restoration than traditional group sound sessions.

Each participant is supported on elevated cots and receives continuous, individualized attention throughout.

Crystal singing bowls create a 360° immersive sound field, while Reiki energy is actively channeled through both sound and direct bodywork. Tuning forks are applied directly to the body to support somatic release, energetic alignment, and nervous system regulation.

A low-frequency vibration layer is incorporated to create a grounding, full-body experience felt from within.

This is an intentionally limited, high-touch experience that blends sound, energy work, and somatic techniques into one cohesive session.

We will be providing an elevated bed, sheet and blanket with pillow, however please feel free to bring what you would like.
Some optional extra comfort items you may want to bring if you are joining this event:
1. A yoga mat.
2. A blanket and pillow.
3. Water
4. An eye mask, (optional), if you want to block out all light.
5. Any crystals or special relics to charge and meditate with.
