Our own Dr. Stephanie Pylypko was a guest speaker at the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation's 2nd Annual ASPIRE Summit today at the Inova Sports Performance Center at Redskins Park. Her presentation focused on empowerment and the holistic approach to wellness for young girls.

ASPIRE focuses on inspiring, educating, and building confidence in 7th grade girls in the local community. Mobile Health Services at Inova Loudoun Hospital were also on site to offer blood pressure screenings.
