Final day of the February Challenge 🤍

If you’ve been here this month, you’ve done more than scroll.

You’ve:
✨ noticed your triggers
✨ paused before reacting
✨ questioned old patterns
✨ stayed with yourself in moments you used to abandon yourself

That’s not small.

But here’s the truth:

Awareness is the doorway.
Integration is where transformation happens.

Reading posts is powerful.
Journaling is powerful.
But guided subconscious work is different.

In hypnotherapy, we don’t just talk about patterns, we retrain the nervous system, we update the beliefs running underneath your reactions and we create safety where there used to be survival.

If this month opened something in you…
if you’ve felt seen…
if you’re ready to stop repeating the same cycles in love…

This is your sign.

DM me- my books are open. 🤍

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

February Challenge Day 27 đź–¤

You’ve done the noticing.
Now here’s the question:

What pattern are you no longer willing to carry?

• Over-explaining?
• Shrinking?
• Reacting immediately?
• Confusing chaos with chemistry?
• Abandoning yourself to keep connection?

In hypnotherapy, change accelerates when the subconscious feels both safety AND decision.

You don’t have to force yourself into a new identity.
But you can decide what no longer fits.

✨ Today’s Reflection:
“What am I ready to outgrow?”

Affirmation:
“I release what no longer protects me.”

February Challenge Day 26 🤍

Before this challenge ends, pause for a second.

You might not feel radically different.
You might not have had some dramatic breakthrough.

But ask yourself:

✨ Are you more aware of your triggers?
✨ Do you pause a little more?
✨ Do you notice your body faster?
✨ Do you question old patterns instead of blindly repeating them?

That’s change.

In hypnotherapy, we understand that awareness is the doorway.
You cannot shift what you cannot see.

And you’ve been seeing more.

✨ Today’s Reflection:
“What do I understand about myself now that I didn’t at the beginning of this month?”

Affirmation🤍
“Awareness is creating new pathways for me.”

🤍 February Challenge

It’s Not Just Chemistry

We talk a lot about “red flags.”

But sometimes what we call chemistry…
is actually nervous system activation.

Butterflies.
Intensity.
Overthinking.
High highs, low lows.

That’s not always love.
Sometimes it’s familiarity.

In hypnotherapy, we explore how the subconscious can mistake unpredictability for connection because it feels known.

✨ Today’s Reflection:
When you think about someone who feels healthy and steady in your life…

Does your body feel:
• calm?
• relaxed?
• able to exhale?

Now think about someone who feels intense.

Does your body feel:
• tight?
• alert?
• anxious?

Your body knows the difference.

Love that feels safe might not be loud, but it’s sustainable.

🤍 Affirmations

“Love that feels calm is still love.”

“Safety is not boring.”

Hypnotherapy helps retrain the subconscious to associate steadiness with connection instead of mistaking chaos for chemistry.

🤍 February Challenge
Coming Back to Yourself

Yesterday we talked about where we might leave ourselves in relationships.

Today is about something softer:

Coming back.

Growth in relationships isn’t about never over-giving.
It’s not about never reacting.
It’s not about getting it perfect.

It’s about noticing…
and returning.

In hypnotherapy, we don’t shame old patterns.
We build new ones by creating safety in the present moment.

✨ Today’s Practice:
Think of one small way you can stay with yourself today.

Maybe it’s:
• saying “let me think about that” instead of an automatic yes
• expressing one honest feeling
• taking a breath before responding
• checking in with your body before agreeing to something

It doesn’t have to be dramatic.

Staying connected to yourself in small moments creates powerful change over time.

You don’t have to overhaul your relationships overnight.

You just have to come back to yourself… gently.

🤍 Affirmation

“I can stay connected to myself while staying connected to others.”

“I return to myself with softness.”

Hypnotherapy strengthens the subconscious belief that authenticity and connection can coexist so returning to yourself feels safe instead of threatening.

đź–¤ February Challenge
Where Do You Leave Yourself?

Let’s get honest for a minute.

Sometimes the hardest relationship pattern isn’t how someone treats us.

It’s how we leave ourselves.

• Saying yes when we mean no
• Shrinking to avoid conflict
• Silencing needs to keep peace
• Over-giving to feel secure

That’s not weakness.
That’s protection.

In hypnotherapy, we often uncover that self-abandonment started as a survival strategy.
At some point, staying connected felt safer than staying authentic.

✨ Today’s Practice:
Think of a recent moment in connection and gently ask:

“Did I stay with myself… or did I leave myself?”

No judgment.
Just awareness.

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s remembering you matter in the relationship too.

đź–¤ Affirmation

“I do not have to abandon myself to be loved.”
“I can stay connected to myself.”

Hypnotherapy helps retrain the subconscious to believe that authenticity is safe and that connection doesn’t require self-sacrifice.

🤍 February Challenge: Emotional Availability

Week 2 is about relationships.
So today let’s talk about something subtle:

Emotional availability.

Not just from others.. from yourself.

In hypnotherapy, we often uncover that people aren’t “bad at relationships”.
They’re protecting themselves from feeling too much.

Pulling back.
Staying guarded.
Overthinking instead of expressing.

Sometimes that’s self-protection.

✨ Today’s Practice:
Ask yourself gently:

“When I start to care about someone, what happens in my body?”

Do you:
• soften?
• tense up?
• get anxious?
• want to withdraw?

Just notice.

Emotional availability isn’t about forcing vulnerability.
It’s about feeling safe enough to stay present.

And that begins within.

🤍 Affirmation

“It is safe for me to stay open.”
“Connection can feel steady.”

Hypnotherapy helps retrain the subconscious to associate closeness with safety instead of fear or loss.

Spent the day at Busch Gardens today 🎢🤍
And honestly… it felt fitting.

Roller coasters. Noise. Lines. Stimulation.
Excitement. Laughter. Maybe a little overwhelm.

And it reminded me of something:

Our nervous systems experience relationships the same way.

Highs.
Drops.
Adrenaline.
Moments of joy.
Moments of activation.

In hypnotherapy, we don’t try to eliminate the ride.
We teach the nervous system how to regulate after it.

So tonight’s invitation is simple:

✨ Notice what your body feels like after a full day.
✨ Is there lingering stimulation?
✨ Is there exhaustion?
✨ Is there calm?

Place a hand on your chest and take one slow breath.

You don’t have to carry the adrenaline into tomorrow.

🤍 Affirmation

“I can enjoy the ride and still return to calm.”

“Excitement and safety can coexist.”

Hypnotherapy helps the subconscious learn that stimulation doesn’t equal danger and calm is always accessible afterward.

If today felt heavy, this is your permission to soften. 🤍

Not every day needs a breakthrough.
Not every day needs productivity.
Sometimes healing looks like closing the day gently.

In hypnotherapy, we understand that the subconscious is especially receptive when the body is relaxed, which makes nighttime a powerful moment for small shifts.

So before you go to sleep tonight, try this:

✨ Place a hand on your chest or belly
✨ Take one slow breath
✨ Silently say: “Today is complete. I am safe to rest.”

You don’t need to solve anything tonight.
You can begin again tomorrow.

🤍 Affirmation:

“I release today with softness.”

Happy Valentine’s Day 🤍

Whether you’re celebrating with a partner, your friends, your kids…
or just your favorite blanket and a snack, love is in the air.

But here’s the real question:

Before we talk about roses and romance…

✨ Do you feel safe being yourself in love?
✨ Do you feel calm in connection or anxious?
✨ Do you feel chosen or like you have to perform?

In hypnotherapy, we talk about how the nervous system shapes our experience of love.
Love isn’t just butterflies…
It’s regulation.
It’s safety.
It’s being able to exhale around someone.

And that starts with the relationship you have with yourself.

So today, whether you’re in love, healing from love, or loving yourself a little louder…

Take one breath and remind yourself:

“I deserve love that feels steady and safe.”

No chasing.
No proving.
No shrinking.

Just safety.

Real life moment 🤍

I didn’t post yesterday.

And instead of rushing to catch up, I practiced what we’ve been talking about this month: gentleness.

There is no falling behind here.
Not in this challenge.
Not in your healing.

Consistency isn’t perfection.
It’s returning.

And that actually brings us to today’s focus…

In relationships, we often think growth means never messing up.
But real growth looks like repair.
Returning after shutting down.
Trying again after reacting.
Choosing softness instead of staying defensive.

In hypnotherapy, we work with the subconscious to build this exact skill. The ability to pause, regulate, and come back differently.

✨ Today’s Practice:
Think of a recent moment you wish had gone differently.
Instead of judging yourself, gently ask:

“If I felt safe in that moment, how would I have responded?”

Just noticing creates new pathways.

You’re allowed to begin again.. in this challenge and in your relationships.

🤍 Relationship-Focused Prompt

“When I react in relationships, I usually.. “

What am I trying to protect?
Where might I have learned this pattern?

🤍 Affirmation

“I can return with softness.”
“I am allowed to try again.”

Healing isn’t about never reacting. It’s about learning how to return.

Theme: Patterns in Connection

February Challenge Week 2 · Day 3 🤍

Have you ever noticed you tend to react the same way in relationships?

Maybe you:
• pull away
• over-explain
• shut down
• become anxious
• try to fix everything

These aren’t personality flaws.
They’re protective patterns your nervous system learned over time.

In hypnotherapy, we explore these patterns gently, not to blame the past, but to update the subconscious belief that created them.

✨ Today’s Practice:
Reflect on this question:

“When I feel emotionally unsafe in connection, what do I usually do?”

Just notice your default pattern.
Awareness creates space for change.

🌙 Reflection Prompt
• What does your body feel like when that pattern shows up?
• What might your nervous system be trying to protect?

🤍 Day 3 Affirmation

“My patterns once protected me. I can choose differently now.”

“I am allowed to grow beyond old patterns.”

Hypnotherapy works by helping the subconscious feel safe enough to release outdated protection strategies.
When safety increases, automatic patterns begin to soften naturally.
