Dr. Nate had a great turnout at Potomac River Running Store in Ashburn last Saturday! In fact, people were lined up waiting for the rockstar to arrive! Thanks to all those who came.

Next chance to see Dr. Nate is September 23rd at 9 a.m. He will be at Potomac River Running - Leesburg where he'll give a lecture on "Hip Mobility and Injury Prevention." In this talk, he'll explore the several common injuries that originate in the hip region and then offer some mobility and strength techniques that help to decrease the chances that they will present. These include pain in the front of the hip, knee pain, and even plantar fasciitis. Attendees will walk away with a solid grasp of how our bodies respond to the forces of running, and how we can be proactive in our training to avoid injury setbacks. (Please respond in the comments if you will be attending this lecture as it will be before business hours.)
