TLC Training & Coaching, LLC Since 1996, weight training, sports nutrition and the sport of physique has been an incredibly important part of my life.

While my background is primarily in psychology and education, I've spent the rest of my time involved in my passion for health, fitness and the sport of physique competition! I train clients one-on-one in the Northern Virginia area (Loudoun County, Virginia) and conduct online coaching. I have worked with many different clients; both men and women, from those new to fitness and establishing good nutritional habits to those who want to compete on stage! Communication, kindness and honesty is what you can expect from my services. I also have a good eye for picking out the right suit and style if you want to compete; all the way to posing and presentation!
