The school year is well under way, and in addition to all the excitement and challenges that brings, there is also, unfortunately, the risk of bullying in schools. Bullying can have some long-term effects on a child's mental health, so it is important to be on the lookout for it and help prevent it when possible! If your child is struggling with bullying, or any other factors negatively affecting their mental health, we are here to help.
